Refund policy

Brunton oak tree allows 30 day refund if the item is packaged originally and free of any imperfections such as Rips, Tears, Dirt, Dust, Loose threads in the embroidery. Our refund policy also covers imperfections in the item you receive unless its stated on the leaflet included with all orders.
